I do not. I eat what I want with no active concern on whether it is good for me or not. I like eating hamburgers, pork chops, bloodied red meat, and sweets. Over the last few months I have noticed that I have gained a noticeable amount of weight. In trying to curb my weight-gain, and take care of my body, I have decides to eat healthy in a series I call "Reverse Cheat Day." On this first episode of Reverse Cheat Day, I gleefully indulge in the Bacon Brussels Sprouts side dish available at The Federal Bar.
