The addition of rice looks delicious. I love it!

It adds a very nice texture, and flavor to the dish. I don't remember where I got adding rice from, but I believe one day I planned to use oatmeal or breadcrumbs and did not have any.

If you don’t have cooked rice, can you use oatmeal instead? Also remind everyone out there wheather you got fresh eggs or not?keep this in mind if your eggs doesn’t have much clear whites (the egg whites surrounding the egg yolk)after opening the eggs in a bowl,be sure to add a little bit of water-say a 1/2 cup of water mix with the egg yolk BEFORE you mix with the rest of the seasonings and the meat, otherwise your meatloaf will have fissures on the sides and the meat won’t be well seasoned either.when your refrigerator is too cold it tends to evaporate the water in the eggs,so the water replaces what’s missing in the egg.
