California is filled with mom & pop burger joints named Tommy’s, Tom’s, Tom’s Jr, Tam’s or some variation thereof. They all serve Breakfast Burritos, but only Slater’s 50/50 decided to make a burger out of one!
The Breakfast Burrito Burger is Slater’s 50/50’s May 2015 Burger of the month. The flavors combine to create a taste and profile that reminds you of a traditional style breakfast burrito that you would get from one of South Central Los Angeles’ many Tom’s, Tam’s, Golden Ox, or Fabulous Burger locations. The burger overall is good, and true the the inspiration of local South L.A.
