This year’s charitable burger at Slater’s 50/50 donates a portion of the proceeds to Dogs On Deployment (http://dogsondeployment.org/). Dogs on Deployment is a non-profit that offers a foster home to dogs of military personnel while overseas. The Bone Marrow Burger [aptly named for the benefit dogs] helps a worthy cause, and the irony is that the peanut butter flavor is the prominent.
While dogs like peanut butter a lot, I do not. To say the burger is bad would be a disservice and a lie. It is not a bad burger, it is merely one that I am not particularly fond of; however you may be, so try if i were you.
