Meeting Cue Anthony

Tom's Urban is a chain restaurant founded in Denver, CO with an additional locations in Los Angeles. In this video FreakEating's Nader and I face off in a 5 minute eating challenge. We have 5 minutes to eat as many of Tom Urban's breaded frog legs. The frog legs are apart of their new Beat the Clock Happy Hour menu. Unlike Nader, I have had frog legs before, and I truly enjoy them. I disagree that they taste like chicken though. They remind you of a chicken wing tip, but they are distinctly different in taste. I believe that taste is more similar to that of alligator, or some other white meat fish. A food festival should give you an anticipation for the event. On this week's episode of Meeting Cue Anthony, I attend Los Angeles Times' The Taste. The Taste, in opinion, is the culmination of Los Angeles' summertime food festival season, which starts with The West Coast Barbecue Classic in May. Both of which are my favorite food festivals of the year. The Taste happens on the weekend before Labor Day, and is held on the backlot of Paramount Pictures. As many of my subscribers know or if you go back and watch older episodes of The Burger Crawl, you'll see that I have had a bad wisdom tooth on the lower right side of my mouth for just about a year or so. On this inaugural episode of Meeting Cue Anthony, my friend and client, Dr. Ndidi Onugha-Uka removes my wisdom tooth, carefully, painlessly and with the utmost professionalism. Upon completion I follow Dr. Uka's instructions on not eating a big greasy burger. I wrecked my brain trying to figure out what soft food items could I eat as well as enjoy. It's pretty interesting to see what I came up with.
