I would imagine that most people have their personal dietary health at the forefront of their minds when they decide what to eat on a day-to-day basis. I do not. I eat what I want with no active concern on whether it is good for me or not. I like eating hamburgers, pork chops, bloodied red meat, and sweets. Over the last few months I have noticed that I have gained a noticeable amount of weight. In trying to curb my weight-gain, and take care of my body, I have decides to eat healthy in a series I call "Reverse Cheat Day."
On this first episode of Reverse Cheat Day, I gleefully indulge in the Bacon Brussels Sprouts side dish available at The Federal Bar. The Federal Bar has 3 locations, one in North Hollywood, CA; Long Beach, CA; and Brooklyn, NY.
I would like to believe I am off to a good start in my journey through healthy eating. What do you think? Leave a comment below, and let's discuss other healthy foods I should try.
This review was written and paid for like every other one on this site: with my own money, no sponsorships, no comped meals. If it helped you decide where to eat, a coffee helps keep it that way.
