Nothing to see here, just a picture of the most amazing Pumpkin Cheesecake cookies. It’s hard to walk by cookies like this and not want them!
I am not a big pastry eater…well, correction, I prefer pie over cookies and cakes. Despite that I can eat cookies and cakes when I have a taste for them, similar to the way I treat chocolate. Generally I say I don’t like it, but my friends know how to read between the lines and understand that I am sort of wishy-washy when it comes to such things. These cookies are the best pumpkin cookies I have ever had. The only thing that would have made them better is warming them up and possibly a tall glass of Southern Comfort Vanilla-spiced Eggnog.
A couple weeks ago, I tried the Apple Carmel Pie…really I am a sucker for things that say pie; those were amazing but not like these. These pumpkin cheesecake cookies are the best I have ever had. They are moist and flavorful. The best part is that they actually taste like pumpkin cheesecake. Hat’s off to Pepperidge Farm from creating a cookie that makes a pie lover love a cookie.

Just amazing. Warm or just right out the package, these are amazing cookies!

The wings and eggs arrive while I am breathing pancake oxygen. I carefully cut the eggs as not to break the yolk—I think to myself, I need toast. Fortunately, for the first time in life, I cut and fork the eggs into my mouth without causing a yellow mess and no bread to sop it up. Yes I am one of those weird people who don’t like one food touching the other, especially egg yolk.
